The 893 Broadway project involves multiple facets of architecture and design.  The property is an existing four story restaurant and hotel in the Ladies’ Mile Landmark District.  LB Architects is working closely with the Ownership team to re-position this property as retail and office space.  The scope of work includes the addition of a fifth floor with terrace amenities, restoration of the historic façade, implementation of new base building infrastructure and design for the lobby.
