LB Architects provided design and architectural services for this prestigious hedge fund company. The space the firm chose had an existing interconnecting convenience staircase which was re-created to become a feature for the design. Focusing around the firm’s existing brand identity, which exemplifies its stability in the marketplace, we were able to achieve a design utilizing fluted millwork and ceiling pop-ups, clean but sophisticated finishes, and meaningful artwork throughout the two floors. These finishes and the strategic flow of their signature color, which was incorporated to keep the focus on the company’s branding, brought much warmth and strength to the space. LB Architects were involved in all phases of this project, from schematic design through construction administration.
