Emerge 212 - 3 Columbus Circle

Emerge212, the boutique office space affiliate of SL Green Realty Corp. in New York City, again sought the services of LB Architects in launching their third Midtown center. Emerge212 offers Class-A readily leasable office space to its various clientele, distinguishing themselves through the amenities they provide and the hospitality aesthetic they display. Building on these elements, LB conceptualized this 56,000 SF space as a modern art museum with innovative technologies, contemporary furniture, decorative lighting, and a double-height living moss wall all serving as the artwork.
