Bruderman Brothers, Inc.
It was paramount for Bruderman Brothers' 10,000 rsf penthouse floor to feel like an extension of the 10 East 53rd Street building lobby, providing a seamless aesthetic experience for their employees and investors from beginning to end. The lobby floor tile and decorative wood panels were replicated, creating an optical balance for the modern artwork adorning the walls. To further the experience, Bruderman declined glass entry doors, opting instead for a large open reception area and conference center directly adjacent to the elevators.
