In collaboration with BHDM Design, LB Architects served as the Architect of Record for this financial consulting firm's 13,000sf New York Headquarters located in One Vanderbilt, one of the newest additions to the New York skyline. Accordion Partners is the first tenant to occupy this space, built out in an eclectic, contemporary style with a mix of open office spaces, shared focus work rooms, and a variety of conference rooms to create a space flexible enough to meet the client's unpredictable day-to-day requirements.
